    So, I took a chance and purchased an Echelon EX-4S+ at an auction. The listing stated it did not have handlebars, but I figured I could locate some. So far, no luck. What it didn't say is that it also does not have a power cord, so I don't even know if it works! There seem to be a lot of options...
