    Ever since getting my ex5s I’ve noticed the resistance does not get heavy enough. Basically you don’t feel any resistance at all until about level 20. Even the max level 32 is relatively doable and I’m certainly no lance armstrong. Anyone else have this issue?

    The resistance knob on my bike quit working properly recently. When I turn the knob in either direction the resistance only goes up. I've tried unplugging all of the power cords, waiting 30 seconds, and emptying the Bluetooth cache. What can I do to get this resolved quickly?
