My bike was a floor model at a popular sports store. I can’t figure out how to get the screen off the try it now information that was used in the store.

I finally found instructions for resetting the screen to factory settings and it now works perfectly!

I googled it and watched a youtube video. It wasn't hard. I just don't remember what I did. It has worked fine ever since.

I've been looking at a bunch videos and none the reset suggestions work. It must be a bigger issue. Thanks for the reply!
