Hello All,

I recently decided to get a membership to echelon fit. My fiance and I have a echelon sport bike. I got a membership and added her as a family member. The problem is - when we log in to the app it automatically has me as the use. If you go to “change user” and select her instead we get the error message “session has timed out” and it boots is out.
We’ve tried it on two phones and uninstalled / reinstalled the app multiple times. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
