Badges not updating

Welcome to the forum @Kakerr! Did you recently update your bike? Apparently some people have been experiencing that because of it.

Hi- I was what I thought, well over a badge and it just seemed to take some time for it to update. You can also write them on the support page which I've done before.

I have the same problem: 87 rides and the badge 50….no Update to the 75…

Same story here. 55 workouts, no 50 badge.

I am experiencing the exact same thing-currently at 81 rides; no update to 75. I have contacted the support centre twice and they have been spectacularly unhelpful. They provided recommendations-which were all low hanging fruit; ranging from deleted and reinstalling the app to ensuring that the total of 81 didn't include and DNF/freestyle rides. These are all solutions that I thought of on my own:/
