New bike, everything connected fine.
Each time I select my profile, it says I need to enter metrics (birthday, etc.). Something wrong there??? I don't think I should have to enter that information each time.
When I try to select a class, it says that I need to enter my birthday under Leadership Preferences for heart rate info. I go there and enter by birthday. When I hit save, the system restarts. Back to the profile splash screen and birthday isn't saved. I select my profile and it wants me to enter metrics again.
I tried entering my birthday online as well but doesn't save there either.
Not sure if I'm missing something.
Any tips or tricks?
