Hello, first i want to say sorry for my bad english, i hope you can unterstand me. Today i got a Ex5-S from a Reseller for second hand items (customer returns). This bike shows again ans again a window that a device wants to turn on Bluetooth. I can allow or deny, wirst ever i do this window shows up again. Alter a few times another window appears with the "Bluetooth keeps stopping "Message. I reach out the live Service from echelon and they send ne a Manual to factory reset ans wipe Cache the Bike...done, but the samue issue...

Have someone of you a idea what i can try next? :-/ i hope that is not a defect Hardware Problem...
