I have the Echelon Sport Connect ECHEX 5. I have checked everything on the bike and it seems to be in working condition. However, every time I plug in my bike the bluetooth light does not come on nor do I hear the beep. Has anyone else had this issue? I have tried other plugs & outlets but none seem to work with the bike. Could this be a plug issue or an adaptor issue that is on the bike?
