The bolt on my left pedal cracked & now the crank/pedal will not stay on straight. Has anyone had this issue & were you able to find a new bolt?

I had the same issue yesterday and called echelon to figure out if they sold the bolts for the pedal. They don't but the agent said to buy a crank arm kit. I would love to know what size of bolt the pedal takes because maybe it can be purchased at a cycling store. Do you know by any chance the size of bolt

Same problem here, my husband called and we were told we had to purchase a new bike…..unless we paid 150.00 for an extended warranty…but its like pay first and we’ll give you the details later. This was after we were told to buy the crank arm kit…. Which does not contain that part. Very dissatisfied and disappointed considering I’ve only had the bike for a year and a half.
