Is anyone experiencing tension issues with their Connect EX-4S? I turn the tensioner and I get zero resistance. I can push down on it and it will stop but that’s it! If you have and resolved it. Let me know. Thank you!!

My 4XS works without logging into the app. The blue light on the base of the handle bar stem should be on and solid. You can turn the tensioner to the right until you feel resistance. I thought you had to be in the app or program but you don’t.

Yes, same exact issue. I reached out via Chat to Echelon, they sent me parts. Now I'm sitting here trying to figure out how to replace the tension encoder they gave me. Instructions are vague.
