Anyone have a picture of the back of the ac adapter for an Echelon Prime (now called sport) bike?

Ive somehow misplaced mine, and need to find a 3rd party adapter, but need some of the details from the label on the back. (I know its a 9V - 0.5a, but need to know if it's negative sleeve, positive tip, etc)

Thanks!!!

Welcome @scvbrent
I believe these might be a replacement for it and could provide some specs you need.

Welcome to the forum @scvbrent. I was going to suggest getting a replacement from the Echelon website but apparently they're sold out. I can't believe they don't have any available.

did you ever find a replacement for this adapter? I'm in the same position now, lost mine and can't find anything in Canada. Just a 70 dollar one from the US amazon site.

I also need one of these, but I have discovered something that baffles me beyond belief. Apparently, the output of this power supply is some kind of top secret information. I have found compatible power supplies on eBay and Amazon and every picture has the model number and OUTPUT specs garbled or just digitally erased. Some even cut off the part of the picture that shows the end that plugs in to the bike. Even more amazing is that the same sellers have a PS for the EX-5S (which is different) and the specs are displayed. I will be buying one and I will post the specs in full anywhere I can think to put them. Then I will wait for the "Exercise Bike Police" or "Power Supply Police" to show up at my house to take me away. If anyone knows the reason for this strange situation, I would love to know.
