My bike was purchased in 2020 but sat for a while because we moved to another state and didn’t have room for it until our house was complete. When I got it out, everything works except the resistance. It shows the number increasing on my iPad but no resistance. Echelon is IMPOSSIBLE to get help from! I feel like I threw $1000 right out the window. Someone said I need a new controller motor or something. Where do you buy these parts??? There’s nothing online anywhere to purchase replacement parts. Worst customer service ever! I would never buy from them again.

Someone from Echelon finally replied to one of my messages and said it needs an encoder wheel. They ordered me one without asking which bike I have so I’m assuming they’re the same fore each model. Hopefully this will fix the issue.
