I am having issue with my arm heartrate monitor after getting a Samsung Galaxy Watch4. I have not been able to get heartrate to show when in classes. I have ever got new echelon heartrate monitor and still doesn't work. When is echelon going to work with Samsung? It seems like apple products work.

I use apple products. However I think you can service at Samsung Galaxy Watch distribution stores
