Hello All! I bought a used EX-4S. It’s working fine so far (fingers crossed).
I signed up and it said they wouldn’t charge my card until the 365 Day Trial Period was over. This was last month and lo and behold…they charged my card this month!!
Been trying to get a hold of customer service and I get nothing!! It’s been 3days!
Anyone have this issue??
Also, Do you need a membership for this bike to work? I really only need the tensioner to work.
