So, I took a chance and purchased an Echelon EX-4S+ at an auction. The listing stated it did not have handlebars, but I figured I could locate some. So far, no luck. What it didn't say is that it also does not have a power cord, so I don't even know if it works! There seem to be a lot of options when searching for the correct power cord and adapter for this bike (if there are in fact different chords for the bikes). Can anyone share a link where the correct power chord for the EX-4S+ can be purchased?


Also, does anyone have a bead on where I might obtain some handlebars for the bike if the bike does power up? I've heard nothing but bad reviews on the customer service at Echelon. Since I bought the bike at auction, they will likely not provide me with any help as it seems they don't provide their own customers with any really help.

Echelon sells the power cord. The one that fits the 4S us the 12V-3AMP Power Adapter. www.echelonfit.com and search for power adapter. look for the Ex-4S. It's 19.99

As far as the handlebars, I would ask the question in the Echelon Bike POSITIVE Help & Suggestions for NEWBIES group. I know a couple of people that have spare bikes that they didn't have to return when their warranty replaced their bikes. If you are on Instagram, send me a message @kewi_1990.
