Are the scenic rides supposed to have video? I tried a couple of different ones and all I see is the echelon logo background. Anyone else having this issue?

Same issue here. Customer support and instruction are pretty poor by Echelon.

Worked fine for me today, did a 15 minute Farms of Idaho ride. You probably already know this, but the "Just Pedal" rides have just the Echelon logo on the screen. Maybe you played one of those?
