How many days a week do you work out?

Experts recommend that to keep progressing and improving your fitness, you need to be riding your bike every two-three days. With the minimum you can get away with and still see significant fitness gains being three rides a week.

I always aim for 3-4 times a week but for one reason or another I fall short and it ends up being two a week.

I was riding 5 days a week and after I achieved my goal I typically did 5 days per week. But life got really busy so now my aim is every other day and I'm trying to not feel guilty if I miss a few days in a row......................which I have done this week.
