My pedals were really loose. I am still under warranty had the bike 7 months ride 3 to 4 x per week. I called the customer service and they sent new pedals i took off the left side the entire inside of the crank arm is smooth and it’s stripped. when I called I sent a video of how loose it was … seeing all the other posts and same complaints I am angry because they know it’s a problem but totally ignore it. cant use my bike so I’m going to ask for. A free month’s membership too. Has anyone had this problem with thier connect bike while still under warranty?
