The part you are looking for unfortunately is not on their website only cs can provide you with that.

We've tried to contact customer service multiple times to get the exact same part. Offered to pay, etc. It's been horrible. All I need is one stinking wheel and my wife had to send all kinds of crazy stuff including videos, etc. Then suddenly they just quit responding. Horrible way to treat customers.
