Hi all, hoping to find a simple answer, on my ex3, hooked to the qdomyos-zwift app, I can turn the resistance up, and it goes up, but when I turn it down, it still goes up, what would be causing this?

We just bought a new echelon ex 8 and we are having the similar problem. The resistance starts at 1 and then it get harder and harder to peddle.

We just bought an EX-8 as well and the resistance claims to be at 1, but while peddling it gets super hard and then back to normal, then hard, then normal, repeat.
