I have been experiencing problems with my connect bike for a couple of weeks now. The resistance doesn't go over 30 anymore and the pedals start to be stiff almost impossible to pedal past 26-27 resistance.... I am an advanced rider and I haven't had any trouble going up to 32 resistance and increasing my output over 220. Which is not happening anymore
