I've heard plenty of options and suggestions for what the ideal post workout snack should be. I'm curious to hear what everyone does after they finish on their Echelon?

Personally I usually go with with a bowl of mixed nuts or I go with a bowl of blueberries along with as much water as I can handle haha. It's not special but I find it gets the job done.
