I'm getting extremely frustrated with no support from Echelon via Chat, phone and email. Hoping someone here can help. When using the Echelon iOS app for the Connect bike, I cannot use "switch user" function. When I click on that, I get the "Who is riding with us today" screen with no family members listed. Just the Add Profile button. My family members that i added on the members.echelonfit.com website do not show up. If I try to Add a profile, i get the error.....Ooops, Only the parent account can add Family Member. I cannot exit this screen unless i force close the application, turn of my wifi and data on my iPad and open the app again. Steps I have tried....
  • Force restart app and re-open
  • Delete the app and re-install
  • Use different iOS device (iPhone)

One interesting note....We also have an Echelon Refect and when I use that app, logged on as same user, my family members show up. No problems.
